SUNNEI offers a flexible return policy allowing customers to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or access the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number via email.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the SUNNEI box is securely sealed and the provided return label is clearly attached to the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection through our logistics partner using the instructions sent to your inbox.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
